These smoothies include nuts, seeds, yoghurt or kefir, silken tofu or protein powder to boost their protein levels. You can cut down or cut out totally the sweet ingredients if desired. These smoothies are not tailored to weight loss.

200-300ml coconut or almond milk
1 scoop of protein powder
2 medjool dates ½ banana
Creamy cacao
1 tsp cacao
1 tsp nut butter
200-300ml coconut water
1 tsp maple syrup
½ avocado
Almond Cream
1 tbsp almond butter
200 – 300ml almond milk
1tsp raw organic honey
½ tsp cinnamon
small piece of fresh ginger or
1tsp ground ginger
Kefir Berry Banana Smoothie
150ml dairy or non dairy milk
Coconut water or water
100ml kefir
1 tbsp gluten-free oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp mixed berries
fresh or frozen ½ banana
Berry Oat Smoothie
1 tbsp gluten free oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp of mixed frozen berries
½ banana
1 small pot of natural yoghurt
Hemp Hero
1 tbsp hemp seeds
1 tsp ground cinnamon
200ml almond milk
100ml water
½ banana
1 handful spinach
¼ avocado
Method:
Add all ingredients into a blender and pulse for approx. 30 seconds until you get a smooth consistency. Add ice cubes if you like it chilled!
